What I liked
Well on my first few visits I was surprised that the doctors actually seemed to know what was wrong with me and what was going on. The first few doctors I saw were actually pretty decent and seemed to listen to what I was saying.
What could be improved
However, it seems that they only listened to every other word I said and only heard what they wanted to hear. Which is similar to most NHS doctors I've seen. Also, I was supposed to have about four appointments made for me and I have yet to receive the letters, some of which should have been sent in autumn/winter '09. If I was suffering from something fatal neither the doctors nor I would know since I haven't received an appointment letter for over a year now and I can't find anywhere to contact them about this. I also had a dietitian who blamed me for becoming allergic to milk. However, due to the lack of appointment letters I haven't found out to this day whether I'm lactose intolerant or I'm allergic to milk.
Anything else?
For supposedly one of the best hospitals, they treat outpatients quite poorly.
"Slightly better than the average..."
