I requested an early pregnancy appointment with a GP and received a really hostile, rude response from the receptionists. They are on the whole completely unprofessional and outright rude, some more than others in particular. It is shocking that the practice allows such a low standard of service for sick and in need patients. I was not given an appointment despite the urgency. I would not recommend due to the reception staff being hostile and with holding appointments and just treating sick people in a terrible manner. The GPs are usually respectful but the desk staff let down the entire practice.
