Advised by the doctor to attend casualty as my 91 year old father who was in extreme pain.From reception to seeing nurses and doctors to operation same night all were very professional, friendly fully explaining each step.He is making full recovery thanks to the skill of the surgeons and after care by staff.Thank you Princess Royal.
