"Poor and unacceptable service"

It is impossible to get an appointment at a convinient time, I usually have to wait around 30 minutes on the phone to get an appointment, asked how many patients they have they confirmed that they are over booked on patients, have recently visited with migraines regular headaches, sever abdominal pain, regular flare up of diahrreah or piles and never get any appropriate treatment despite having passed out on multiple occasions on the toilet, reallly appalled by the service will be moving GP with immediate effect

Thank you for your comments on NHS choices. We do offer variety of appointments at convenient time where possible. I am sorry that our practice did not meet your expectations of the service. As a practice we take feedback on our service very seriously. We always try to attend all calls but some occasions it is not possible due to high volume of call.

I would like to meet with you in person to discuss your comments in detail, so that we can improve our service for you and all of our patients.
