Anything else?
I had a visit for a throat problem on 18/04/2011. I was told that my throat was fine and that I should see a speech therapist. The hospital services did not cover my postcode so I was to wait for a letter to be sent to my GP in order to receive a referral for the speech therapist. The letter was 'typed' on 20/05/2011, more than a month after my visit. This I do not find acceptable.
