I just wanted to express my appreciation for the DART service.
I know in the past it was difficult to get appointments for referrals but now it’s great. It used to be that if you couldn’t attend the appointment in the letter you had to re-arrange it, which always delayed it by a long time. Now it’s much easier.
The lady who I spoke to was so pleasant. It’s like a different world so I wanted to say thank you.
