"I forgot to say 'Thank You'."

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Respiratory medicine

My wife passed away at Nottingham City Hospital in December 2017 and it simply slipped my mind to say thank you to the staff involved.

Thank you to the staff on Fleming Ward, especially one member of staff, for giving my family privacy and dignity in her final few days and thank you to one of the night-team specialist nurses, who came to certify her after she had passed.

For everything you do, every day and every night. Thank you.
