My Husband and I were referred to this department twice in the past 5 months by another hospital department and have never received a letter or any contact whatsoever from them. We’ve been calling at least 3rinws a day every day and when we can get through we just go to a voicemail. No one has ever contacted us back. I’m now going through Pals and putting in a complaint.
