I had a crash went into A&E at Good Hope hospital, in Sutton Coalfield. I had a broken wrist. They had a look, said it was broken and that I would just need a half cast on it, and that I should come back next week, so they could put a plaster on it. I could not make it to that appointment, so went to Queen Elizabeth in Selly Oak. They said I needed a metal plate in my wrist. I’m shocked that Good Hope would have left it how it was. I didn’t get it operated on till 2 weeks later, when it should have been done right away!
