I have been helped and supported by this practice.

Following a lengthy stay in hospital: in the Coronary Care Ward at BRI - I was followed up when I came out of hospital by this practice.

All staff at at the surgery have treated me with kindness and support.

The receptionists wish me well - and in a busy schedule take time to talk.

The nursing staff have been caring: dressing wounds, listening to me and answering questions.

My allocated GP has reviewed my medication and taken quality time to answer my questions. I can easily access information. For me: the telephone conversations have been extremely helpful.

I believe that staff are knowledgeable, caring and that they listen.

I recommend this practice - and am thankful to be a patient at this practice..
