"Pulmonmary Rehabilitation Programme - Torbay..."

Having completed the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programme, which started on 8 January 2018 and lasted six weeks (2½ hours - two days a week), I have to say that I have been amazed by the amount of advice, information and guidance that has been included. All quality information from experts in their fields.

I completed this course knowing that I have enough ammunition and confidence to get back to a good quality of life, which was in some doubt when I started.

Thanks to the team running the course,

• Programme Manager and COPD Specialist Nurse

• Clinical Psychologist;

• Fitness Instructor;

• Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist

• and to the NHS for setting it up.

In my view you could not do it any better. I do hope that others will be able to have the benefit of similar courses in the future.
