I had pretty much the opposite experience to the previous reviewer - I found that the staff on Mulberry Two tried very hard to make me feel at home, give me all the medication and support that I needed, and to keep me involved with decisions about my care; and they also balanced the safety of others with my own safety very well. Not only that, but I saw them being careful to treat the other inpatients with the same courtesy, restraint and care. The layout and design of the ward also struck me as well thought out. Very impressed, overall! Oh, and the food was nice, too. About the only caveat I should make clear is that I didn't see the entire ward while I was there; for example, I didn't need to do any laundry or to use the bath or showers. I did also see some patients and staff having trouble with parts of the ward being a little too hot or cold - most likely there happened to be some problems with the heating while I was there.
Finally I should mention that the grounds are beautiful!
