(as a service user),

I phoned WestMARC with a problem with my wheelchair, they sent Alan to come and fix it a week later. Alan usually fixes my wheelchair so it was good to see him again as it makes me more comfortable knowing who I'm dealing with and that they know me  also. 

I have been in a wheelchair for 10 years, I rarely have to wair more than a week to get a problem fixed, all the staff are very obliging. Thanks to them all for being so smiley, cheery and kindly.
