What I liked

My husband and I accompanied our son who has severe learning difficulties for Dental treatment under G A at the Day Surgery Unit. Although a busy Department I found that the staff, both admin and nursing, were kind, always polite and very helpful. I would like to thank them all for a job well done!!

A special thank you to the consultant for the care and consideration shown to my son.Thank you also to the Anaesthetists for keeping him safe.

Once again thank you all for making what was going to be a stressful day very much easier.

What could be improved

Takeaway sandwiches from the Restaurant - awful white bread and freezing cold. Sorry to sound picky

Anything else?

Having no option but to travel by car to be treated, I resent having to pay to park. My son being disabled and unable to speak or communicate for himself we had to stay with him. Although I am not so concerned if I know the money is going back into the coffers for the good of the hospital.
