"waiting time"

iam not impressed with the service I received both times I went up to the doctor first visit I got diagnosed with gastro reflux went back up the next day for a blood test the nurse told me to see a doctor as I was in a lot of pain I waited 2 and a half hours to see the duty doctor but the pain got so severe that my daughter asked how much longer I would have to wait and see him that we got told it wouldn't be long she went back down an hour later to be told the same again after the receptionist had left a note for him to say it was urgent , after waiting for so long to see him my daughter took me up to bath ruh as I was getting no closer to seeing the doctor where they admitted me that night so I could have morphine and was diagnosed with gall stones a very bad infection and them taken out on the Wednesday, I think frome medical practice have gone down hill with this new system and it doesn't seem to work
