Going in to have a 2nd Hip operation I knew that the service should be good from my past experiences.

I was left in no doubt that Mr Krishnan's team was excellent and when I arrived on the Ward 12B nothing could have been better, The staff under Sister Abigail were always very attentive and caring fro the best for you and you felt it. Mark, my Nursing Assistant that looked after me in the daytime was always there when needed, and made you feel good about everything that was going on.

The only drawback was when I was ready yo leave the ward, and we waited 3 hours for the Pharmacy to deliver the medicines even though the doctors had spoken to the Pharmacist and said they were urgent.

Still the care from the 12B team was incredible and I would recommend anyone to go through this ward as it was so caring and good.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on this site, regarding your stay on Ward 12b at Wycombe Hospital, following your second hip operation.

I am very pleased to read that the care you received from both the nursing team and the Doctors was incredible, and you would recommend anyone to go through this ward, as it was so caring and good.

Although, I am sorry that you waited three hours for your medication to arrive from the Pharmacy Department.

We strive to put our patients first and to ensure they are offered high quality care. It is therefore always rewarding to receive such feedback and to hear of how well staff across our services have worked together to ensure our patients are treated with compassion, dignity and respect.

I will make sure that your kind words are passed on to all the areas involved.

Even though I had to wait for the Pharmacy to do their job, the ward staff were doing everything they could to get the Pharmacy to deliver. This did not detract from Ward 12B performance or caring either to me or to other patients.
