"Excellent Practice"

Over the 14 years I lived in E8 the staff really looked after my problems. I have always had depression and anxiety over 35 years, but with the stress of my job it became much more acute. It triggered over eating leading to diabetes and other stress related problems like psoriasis and chronic heartburn. The staff were always patient with me despite the busy surgery.

My main doctor regularly called me, even on Sundays and in the evening to check how I was feeling. Eventually I was forced to move back to my parents home in Sheffield due to the severity of my illness, but she even called to check I was OK then.

I want to thank the staff of the surgery, including the wonderful reception staff and wish them all the best for the future.
