"I will not attend Queens Hospl ever..."

What I liked

I suffer from some kind of Epileptic seasures but the doctor has taken me off of the medication I was taking and does not seem to be bothering about me now. I was supposed to have had my next appointment to have a scan back in January 2011 but I am still waiting to hear word. Whenever I phone the Hospital to speak with someone to ask them when my next appointment will be I get asked what department I wish to speak with but whenever I am passed through to Neurology someone just seems to ring off the Phone without even asking who I am and what I am calling about. The Hospital have got Phones to speak with people not just to ignore calls, they could be verry important calls but the Hospital staff just don't seem to care about patients.

What could be improved

Everything, The Hospital Staff could take calls, this is why they have got Telephones so that GP's, Patients and other people can speak with them.

Anything else?

Either replace all of the Dr's & Nurses or close the place down.
