"Unexpected positive visit"

Called at pharmacy who admitted OTC meds would not be beneficial, they advised me to go to the local hospital to be seen, I was not expecting this as I did not realise they offered out of hours help, but it turns out there is the DUH, and minor injuries. I was seen at reception by a kind lady who took my details and asked me to wait in the waiting room. I was quite lucky as there was only one other person waiting to be seen, a few came in whilst I was waiting. I was seen pretty quickly by an excellent and professional nurse who dealt efficiently and effectively with my issue, even offering further advise should the meda not work. Overall, since my last visit some years ago the out of hours services offered is fantastic and the staff on today were superb. Well done Ripley Hospital 😊
