What I liked

Very friendly, respectful and reassuring from all members of staff

I had every confidence and understanding of my treatment. And would certainly reccommend Cheltenham Hospital

By the way I am 72yrs old and felt I was important as any other patient, my age was not issue.

What could be improved

Parking

Food, awful Have read in the media that Priseners get better food, now I beleive it.
