On Tuesday I popped along to the Loughton Health Centre to book an emergency appointment. There had been a cancellation, so within 10 minutes I had an appointment with this delightful and totally professional trainee doctor. He was extremely kind, caring and an active listener. I was very happy with the treatment I received.
