Every time calling through to this doctors is a nightmare! Get through at 8.15 and the chance of getting an appointment is very unlikely as they get booked very quick...??

Appointment was booked due to severe pain in left leg and extreme difficulty walking, I booked the appointment then the pain got unreal I called to get the doctor to ring me but phone call appointments are all booked till tomorrow which I stated to call when my appointment is due! Unable to do this I traveled down and the First words of doctor is what do you want me to do about it? Well excuse me your the ‘doctor’!!! With no help from him 2 hours later I was down A&E

Terrible service!!!!

We are sorry to hear that your experience with the practice has been unsatisfactory. With many local GP practices closing, we are finding our services under increasing pressure, and cannot offer as many appointments as we would like.

However we are working to create innovative ways for patients to access the care they need when they need it without reducing the quality of our service. We are constantly looking for ways too improve our systems and would encourage you to consider contacting us directly so we can formally process the complaint and try to resolve the issue.
