What I liked

The efficient way in which the treatment I received over the last few years , namely retinal reattachment following tennis ball trauma and the resulting corrective cataract and laser surgery was carried out.

As a retired health professional, I can appreciate the pressures that high patient demand coupled with budgetary restraint can create. That you have succeeded in maintaining high standards under such conditions is most impressive.
