"Excellent hospital who looked after me..."

What I liked

Very modern hospital. Felt good to visit and welcoming. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. I was met in reception and escorted to the theatre area. Staff there a good laugh who made me feel relaxed. Given a warm dressing gown which was very pleasant and relaxing. My surgeon met me before the op. to make sure I was ok and if I had any questions. Things were explained to me before action was taken. Tea and biscuits pretty good.

What could be improved

Bit of a draft in reception with the air conditioning a bit to high. Apart from that, the experience was excellent.

Anything else?

This hospital is excellent. If you are going there as a patient, don't worry as you will be looked after. The staff are fun so relax and go with the flow.
