What I liked

Very little.

What could be improved

Might be a good idea to listen to the patient's symptoms before diagnosing rather than putting the patient into a convenient box that may fit the symptoms. More time needs to be spent with the patient to engage in a true conversation rather be constrained by a time limit.

The overall admin process at best can be called poor. If it was a private company it would have gone bust.

Go elsewhere.
