What I liked
My husband was admitted via A&E to the CCU. The treatment and care he received in this ward (and in other departments for procedures) was truly outstanding right from the HCAs to the consultants.
His on going treatment/monitoring as an outpatient is also of the highest quality, care and professionalism.
What could be improved
Silly as this may seem. I model of the heart whilst explaining procedures and disagnosis.

It was really nice to read your positive feedback on the care and support that you and your husband have been receiving at the hands of our colleagues at the QEII. They will no doubt be delighted to hear about what you have had to say - and will no doubt take on board your suggestion about the use of a model of the heart when explaining procedures and diagnosis.
