What I liked

For the first time in many years I was treated as a human being. One counsultant (Pain Management) is the best consultant I have ever met. They were kind, caring and explained what was wrong with me in words anyone could understand. I had to wait to see them for over an hour after my appointment time, but, it was explained to me the reason was because they do a thorough investigation, which they did. I was sent for xrays and was dealt with within 10 mins of arriving at the xray department. It was lunchtime but they saw me anyway, how kind. The consultant explained the procedure i am having in a couple of weeks thoroughly and I left very happy to be treated by them. I was unsure as to if I should change hospitals as I am in a lot of pain and knew I could be treated at Tameside in days, how glad i decided to go to Rochdale.
