"Emergency c section"

I myself was looking forward to a waterbirth ( was low risk and put down to be in MLU) but unfortunately things did not go as we had planned, it all went the complete opposite (3rd baby), but despite this being a painful and very traumatic experience i would like to sincerely thank all the theatre staff for looking after me so well, all the delivery suite staff,and most of all the Midwife and the ward manager of MLU, who had kept me absolutely calm through out my contractions up until i was taken to theatre to have a emergency c section, your kindness and professionalism has made me know how dedicated you all are to your patients as i myself work for the nhs, i cant thank you all enough.
