BMI Bath Clinic is great. From first stepping inside the door I felt looked after. Friendly, welcoming staff gave me clear directions to the next reception area, informing me of availability of refreshments. I received a warm greeting from staff and escorted to my clean, comfortable room. I met the anaesthetist and was prepared ready for operation, which went well. Post op all staff, from catering to physiotherapists, were proficient and caring.
No request was too much trouble and all was carried out in a friendly, courteous manner and allaying any fears or concerns wherever possible.
