About: Liskeard Community Hospital

What I liked

nothing

What could be improved

The nurses should have a better attitude towards their patients.

Anything else?

The nurses should have a better attitude towards their patients, I have obviously done something bad to my wrist for it to hurt this much, and the nurse acted like they didn't and wouldn't believe i have hurt myself, and refused to give me an X-ray just because i don't do much sports. The nurse laughed and joked about me and laughed at me and I i wasn't laughing back i felt targeted and embarrassed. The nurse just said and i quote "it's the ligaments " and did not even say what i had done to them, this was not helpful at all.

Dear Toby

Apologies for the delay in responding to your comment. I am sorry to learn about your experience at Liskeard - we would not want anyone coming into our hospital to be left feeling targeted and embarrassed.

I would like to discuss this further with you if possible - if you email your contact details to chs.communications@ciospct.cornwall.nhs.uk, I will get back to you.

Best wishes

Louise
