"Very good all round care"

I registered at the practice when I moved into the area in 2013. Since then I have had a number of health issues which have been handled very well by everyone in the practice. I've had dealings with five doctors, all of whom have been helpful and caring, the smoking cessation clinic (three and a half years off the fans and counting), had a speedy referral to the Bristol Haematology and Oncology Centre to get a blood cancer diagnosis, excellent care from the treatment room and professional service from the reception. The colocated pharmacy means that you can collect prescribed medication straight away. It can be difficult to get through on the phone but I think that is similar to other practices. I've always managed to get an appointment promptly when I've needed it urgently, and have had a telephone consultation with a doctor when no face to face appointments were available.

It's a busy practice but everybody works hard to deliver a high standard of care.
