"Exceptional service in SRU and haematology clinic"

About: City Hospital / Clinical haematology

I was admitted to SRU in November and could not fault the service. All of the staff were friendly, considerate and seemed to genuinely care about the patients. One nurse even gave me a hug as I left and I was only there for 24 hours. Tests were also done quickly and efficiently and drugs prescribed within hours. I'm not sure that I've ever experienced such faultless service in a hospital,

The heamatology clinic is almost as good - blood tests fine within minutes of arriving and not much of a wait to see the consultant either.

Very well done CIty!
