Was informed by telephone i have COPD.. Just given a prescription for an inhaler..not shown how to use an inhaler or that there was a pulmonary nurse at the surgery.I had to find out by a third party who is a nurse.

Dear Patient,
Thank you for you taking the time to comment on your treatment at the surgery. I am concerned that you were not given the advice that you felt you should have received regarding a diagnosis of COPD/ how to use an Inhaler. Please can you contact me so that we can discuss the matter further and arrange for you to have any relevant appointments required.
