"Have always thought this possibly the best in..."

I have been a patient at this practice for over 40 years and have always said the service was 5*.

However I have received a letter removing me from their list even though my address is within their boundary.

There haven't been problems, in fact I went in this week to sign on for on line service and as usual staff friendly and helpful.

This letter has left me devastated.

I am being moved from a practice where I can speak or see my doctor on the same day as I phone to one where there is a 3 week wait for an appointment.

The new surgery is over burdened and this will only get worse.

The only reason I can think for this is that I had a nasty accident recently and have been using various NHS services although, apart from requests for medication I haven't needed the gp.
