What I liked
A clean and homely environment where nothing was too much trouble for the staff and everybody had time to talk to you.
What could be improved
When I refused the standard method of pain relief that was offered it was not explained to me just how ineffective other methods would be and how uncomfortable I would be. Had I have knwon this I may have made different decisions.
