"Zero sample test result nor contacted re treatment"

About: Vine Medical Group

I have been back to the Vine Medical Group feedback page after reading your e-mail, and am dismayed by the fact that despite your stating that because my feedback did not break any moderation rules, you have republished it on the website,.... it is still not on it.

Just to let you know, I went to Urology at QA for a Cystoscopy on Wednesday 21st which was extremely painful. The lady doing it said she could not see anything due to “debris” in my bladder.

I first told Vine Community Surgery about my very painful problem in mid November, and after various penicillin courses I was sent for an ultrasound scan on February 12th ,where it was found I have hardening of my bladder wall.

My Cystology took place on 21st February, and I was told to give a urine sample and take it to Vine Community, so they could have the sample examined to see what infections I have, and what to take to cure them.

I phoned Vine this afternoon at 4.20 pm,as tremendous pain in urinating, and also my urine is very  cloudy, I was told to phone back between 8-9 am tomorrow morning.

When I explained bladder/ urinary tract pain had been going on for 15 weeks, i.e. nearly 4 months, and could I speak to a doctor and have the result of my sample, I was again told to telephone in the morning. As I gave sharing permission, was surprised.

When I was at the Curlew practice , there was excellence in their service. I am now no longer living in Havant area as I’m an amputee, so Vine is the nearest surgery for me to attend

I am sorry, i cannot see the original comment to which you refer. NHS England are the "moderators" not the practice , and they have 100% control over the NHS Choices comments page.

I am sorry we were not able to accommodate your Same Day Request when you telephoned. Our Same Day afternoon surgery may be booked from 2-3pm daily. Once "full" we are unable to offer any more appointments for that day, but can guide you to alternative NHS services who would be able to help you, these being St Marys Treatment Centre, NHS 111, our e-consult online service or your local pharmacist, according to your need. I sincerely apologise if this did not happen on the occasion you called.
