"Poor punctuality and uncomfortable waiting room"

Whenever I have had an appointment at Rustlings Road surgery, the punctuality has been poor, I am always called in late.

I find the seating in the waiting room is very uncomfortable; the chairs design always makes my back hurt as the backs are too hard and too straight.

The surgery has stopped taking repeat prescription requests over the phone. I think this is unacceptable as it puts the ill patient under stress and gives us more work. The surgery should be trying to improve patient care and communication and I feel this just pushes patients further out as though they are made to feel like an inconvenience.

To me if feels like they fail to remember that patients pay their wages and no patients would mean no jobs for them.
