I would like to say that I would like to be key worked by smt in Thurnscoe as I used to before I moved away to Doncaster.
I used to see my care navigator and probation at the Thurnscoe Clinic, which helps because I struggle with money for a bus fare.
Care nav are speaking to probation about getting me a bus pass and I am currently engaging and benefiting from the group work. I find it hard to get to smt for prescribing, Sheffield services seemed a lot easier system than Barnsley.
