About: The Willow Group

Why after many years of excellent healthcare has the Stoke rd Surgery gone suddenly downhill ? It is very difficult to make an appointment by phone and as a result there is now always a queue of people mostly trying to make an appointment.

Also for the past four years I have been given an appointment for the flue jab as I have no spleen, this year I had to go in and make an appointment which was non existent so have still not had the jab.

We are aware of the high demand to speak to our care navigators, as well as the difficulty in getting an appointment. We are working hard to resolve this, through recruitment of reception and clinical staff and also by improving our current telephone system.
