What I liked

Extremely friendly atmosphere in spite of sometimes formidably difficult 'clients'.

Enthusiastic and helpful staff.

Staff very concerned to keep patients 'in the picture' about their procedures.

What could be improved

Good menu, bland food.

Waiting list management. Three different consultants, three pre-assessments. 34 weeks to procedure.

Accountability for progressing elective patients - who has overall responsibility for individuals?

Signposting- confusing for visitors.

Car park charges. Your website says average charge is £1.19. No ticket available from machine for less than £1.80.

Awful paperwork, referral phone numbers not filled in, letters badly printed and presented.

Anything else?

I applaud the single minded professionalism of your nursing staff and the quite superb quality of the treatment - both before and during my particular procedure. My surgeon exemplified the care and precision of an obviously dedicated and thoughtful individual.
