What I liked

From entering the building the staff were very friendly indeed. The nurses and consultant went through every stage of the procedure with me and also discussed the problems whilst doing the procedure. I felt extremely well informed at all stages, unlike some hospitals where you are told nothing. The ward was spotless and the staff very friendly and went out of their way to arrange different appointments and offered excellent care.

What could be improved

Only the parking - there isn't much space.
