"Unable to contact !!!"

Have been trying to contact the Patient Experience Team for 2 days, left a message which no one has had the manners to return yet ! Absolutely no point trying the switchboard again, if anyone does answer, which often isn’t the case, they will transfer you through to the ansaphone which in turn never results in a return call !!!!
Absolutely appalling service !
