About: Watford General Hospital / Maxillo-Facial surgery

(as a service user),

I felt the doctor I saw could have had a better approach  and a little more empathy. Questions were asked a little tersely and when my eyes started to moisten, I was told there was no need to cry in a rather annoyed manner!

Thank you but I will not contact the PALS Team. Will wait to see what happens at my next appointment in April.
