"cancelled appointment twice,on second..."

i am father and appointee for my son,who is registered as a vulnerable adult in care,on the second cancellation,the doctor said it was cancelled for an emergency even though it was cancelled 5 days before his appointment date,how can you cancel quoting emergency 5 days before his appointment?,,he was due for a colcostomy,to discover why he was having bleeding from the back passage this is still occuring and has been for the last two months,this hospital is a joke his new appointment has been rescheduled for the 26th march yet another month that my son is suffering, and can only be getting worse,so much for the n h s primary care
