"how brilliantly i was treated"

went to the Cumberland centre recently had cut myself on  glass badly and needed stitches.

the staff in particular matron oliver were fantastic.

I could not believe what they have to put up with, people presenting themselves at 730 in the even with sprained wrists that occurred 48 hrs prior to coming in ibruprofen maybe doctors.

people constantly moaning that they have to wait when they are there because of there own stupidity or well being there were genuine cases but a lot of people appeared to be there for nothing that an aspirin and rest wouldn't sort out.

why cant these people take some responsibility for themselves for a change.

and the staff smile and are polite through it all

well done to the team at the Cumberland centre remember access and treatment is free.
