On needing another visit to this department for a follow up of ocular injections offered by the consultant i see,i was very pleased to be confronted by the most pleasant and helpful staff i have known.
over the past three month i was given a series of injections to try and help save the sight in my eye and needed to see the consultant for the results on these.
From arrival the staff at the desk were pleasant and the staff i saw for sight tests, scans and photo imaging were very accomodating and cheery.
when i saw the consultant,he explained everything in a way i could understand and showed me what has happened and the progress that occured. He is a most accomodating and friendly person and its a pleasure to sit and have a conversation with a consultant that will listen to you and talk you through everything and allay all fears you have and not rush you.
All in all you have an excellent set of staff working for you and they all take the stress out of what is an uncertain time, and to be able to see the same staff when you visit makes it all worth while.
These staff you have are worth their weight in gold and you must be very pleased to have them working for you.
I really appreciate all the help and time they have spent on my care and and am very willing to travel the 240 mile round trip to get this specialist care.
Thank You Very Much.
