"Broken finger arrived at 20.50"

About: Clacton Hospital

I arrived at minors at 20.50 after delaying my decision for a few hours after I injured my finger. I was seen by 2 nurses. One was lovely and super friendly. The other one, I felt was annoyed that I arrived so late. She was rather abrupt and heavy handed. I left feeling like I had put her out by arriving so close to finish. Not sure if she had had a bad day but I too work in the NHS and would never make someone feel like that. They provided me with a splint for my finger as they suspected it was broken.I carried out my XRay at the general in the morning as XRay closes at 5pm at Clacton. Seen promptly in A&E in Colchester for XRAY but had an hour wait for report.(it was broken and the splint they provided was helpful.)

All in all I was satisfied.with the service but dont feel I needed to deal with her mood.

I have always had very good experiences in minors.
