"Thorough and Efficient"

Saw GP mid-morning regarding an on-going respiratory issue, following on from a cold/flu several weeks previously.

Made the appointment, which although it was non-urgent needed to be looked at for which the two week ahead booking system was ideal.

Was referred for a chest X-ray which I had done at Cossham Hospital early afternoon on the same day.

Also, saw a local pharmacist later on the same day regarding an inhaler which was prescribed and the technique to use it, the pharmacist said he would check with me in a week or so to see how I was getting on with it.

Very good service from the Willow Surgery as has always been the case, and excellent to be able to get diagnostic X-rays done locally on the same day as a referral.
