Rushed my mum into A&E in an ambulance at 5pm on saturday 14th May after having a fall and banging her head in nursing home were see lives Was seen by doctors and told she could return home by 7pm as my mum has severe mobility problems the staff ordered an ambulance for her return. We waited and waited The ambulance finally arrived at 4.15am and my mother was back home at 5am that is nine hours waiting for transport and nearly 12 hours lying on a A&E bed she came home in a worse state than when she had arrived I am so angry All the staff would do is say it was out of their hands please tell me who I can complain too. Just been to see my mum who is still shaking and distraut over the whole experience.
