What I liked

Staff were courteous, friendly and professional. I was seen promptly and felt I was in very good hands. I was impressed by the thoroughness of treatment.

What could be improved

As treatment passed from hand to hand there was some waiting time. It was however early evening and quite busy. As it happened, time was what helped me recover, so it worked well.

Anything else?

I arrived by ambulance, having fallen almost unconscious on the street. I was seen very promptly and, feeling so ill, was much reassured by the manner in which I treated. I’d been worried about falling ill in central London rather than at home in Merseyside; I needn’t have worried. This hospital has wonderful nurses and doctors.
